Current Open Positions
Maintenance
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs for glamping units, RV sites, and park facilities
- Maintain RV hook-ups including water, sewer, and electrical connections
- Assist with grounds maintenance such as light landscaping, trash removal, and site upkeep
- Repair minor plumbing issues such as leaks, clogs, and fixtures
- Perform minor electrical repairs including lighting, outlets, and breakers
- Maintain and repair bathhouses, laundry facilities, and guest common areas
- Inspect units and facilities regularly to ensure safety and proper operation
- Respond to guest maintenance requests promptly and professionally
- Assist with seasonal setup and breakdown of park amenities
- Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance supplies
- Other Duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous maintenance, handyman, or facilities experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repairs
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve maintenance issues independently
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- RV Experience preferred
- Ability to lift 40–50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, climbing, and walking the property
Weekend and holiday availability will be required during peak seasons
Pay is DOE.
Housekeepers
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and prepare glamping units and common areas between guest stays
- Change and launder linens, towels, and bedding. Housekeepers may need to complete laundry for guest rooms
- during their shift
- Clean bathrooms, kitchens, and main areas
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust surfaces
- Restock guest amenities and supplies
- Remove trash from units and common areas
- Report maintenance issues or damaged items to management/front office
- Help maintain cleanliness of park bathrooms, laundry areas, and clubhouse
- Follow park cleanliness standards and safety procedures
- Ensure units are guest-ready before check-in times
Qualifications:
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 25–40 lbs and perform physical tasks
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Must be able to work weekends
- Must be able to work morning – midday shift
Weekends and holidays will be required during peak seasons
Starting Pay: $16.00 Per Hour
Front Office- PM
- Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and provide a welcoming check-in experience
- Manage guest reservations, check-ins, and check-outs
- Answer phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries
- Provide information about park amenities, local attractions, and activities
- Process payments and maintain accurate guest records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure units are ready for guests
- Handle guest concerns or issues in a professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front office and lobby area
- Assist with retail sales or merchandise if applicable
- Monitor park occupancy and assist with scheduling reservations
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service, hospitality, or front desk experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills and ability to use reservation systems
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly, positive, and professional attitude
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to walk between units to help guests
- RV Experience is preferred
Shift entails Evenings and Weekends
Starting Pay: $16.00 Per Hour
